CROSSORTER 1200 and 1500

The CROSSORTER provides a highly flexible solution to handle a wide range of products, from very small packages such as only 2 mm thick mailings and shrink-wrapped products, right through to bulky items measuring up to 1500 x 800 mm, including odd-shaped packages and totes.

The high speed of 3 metres per second and lateral product orientation result in a maximum capacity of up to 18,000 carriers per hour. Sophisticated flow control balances the flows over the different inducts and outputs, minimising recirculation, and thereby further increasing operational capacity.

99.9% availability

High availability is essential to allow the required productivity levels to be achieved consistently. By using robust, durable components and technology together with built-in diagnostics, the CROSSORTER delivers over 99.9% availability. If intervention is needed, the key components of the system are extremely easy to change within only five minutes.
