Mission 3: Good business

We’re a global organisation that takes its responsibilities seriously to doing good business. That’s why we’re committed to using our wide network to actively contribute to global sustainability goals.

We’ve introduced of a Code of Conduct for suppliers that has a significant focus on sustainability. Our goal is to achieve a 100% commitment to the new code from our key suppliers.

In addition, we aim to achieve the Global EcoVadis Platinum standard by 2030. These ratings are based on assessments in such areas as: the environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement practices.

Our commitment has also led us to:

  • create policies in areas such as fair competition, third-party screening and good conduct
  • roll out a whistle-blower system, through which employees and third parties can anonymously report ethical concerns
  • and invest significantly in a data protection management system to safeguard the privacy rights of our employees, customers, suppliers and business partners.
